The sequence of events and scheduling has to be in the right order and completely planned out. Water runoff and drainage should not be an afterthought, but a priority. The natural path of water and where to properly drain it is extremely important. Always make sure your builder has this in the back of their mind.
When you have the right elevations and drainage, water will never be a problem. You will have a home that lasts for forever!
