Extreme Luxury Uptown Condo

Artistic Contractors was hired to renovate a 6,583-square-foot condo which occupies half of the fourth and fifth floors of The Trust Building at 4th and Tryon streets. The $1.7M renovation included plenty of unique features in the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo. One of the more impressive aspects of the renovation included cutting a huge hole in the concrete between the two floors to create a 24-foot tall mezzanine. On the main level sits a 360-degree see-through DaVinci fireplace with color-changing LEDs. The master bath features a 2-person hot tub, built for a 7’ tall person. It’s one giant piece of stainless steel with ergonomic seats, holds 500 gallons of water and takes 40 minutes to fill from the ceiling-mounted Kohler fillers. Along the edge of the living space are 24-foot modern aluminum-clad sliding doors with a seamless recessed track that lead to multiple patios. One of the patios boasts an outdoor bar.
