The Contemporary Overhaul

This 1970’s home in Cotswold was completely redesigned from the ground up. Artistic Contractors took this 3,000 sq. ft. brick home and completely remodeled it, adding 25oo sq. feet. The now, 5,500 sq. ft home became a large split level. The roof and 3 whole sides were removed turning the home into a sprawling contemporary mid-century, containing large open spaces and expansive windows. The back sunroom opens up to a large modern pool area with a tanning ledge off the right side. The interior was designed to the customer’s style with many clandestine tiles from around the world. In the kitchen find cozy dark wood walnut floors that contract beautifully with the soft blue cabinets. This is truly a one-of-a-kind design build project.
